We chose to deal with Elliot Dodge because of Brent Dove. We have dealt with him in the past and are happy with him. I cant remember the gentleman's name that did the financing for us. I called the next day to ask some questions and he acted annoyed that I was asking so many questions. He didn't really give me the answers I was looking for, but I let it be because I didn't want to deal with him any further at that point. My husband spent 3/4 of the day there when he brought his truck in to have the O2 sensor replaced and the GPS device put on. We ended up having to bring the truck back a second time because 2 days later the light came back on. The truck was taken to the Ford house and upon inspection, noted that the wires had been chewed by possibly a mouse. I feel like the mechanic that worked on his truck the first time should have noticed that. We're not sure what other wires or hoses have been chewed by whatever chewed the wires. This happened before we bought the truck. I feel like the truck was not inspected very thoroughly before being put on the lot for sale. I would definitely recommend Brent as a sales person to one of my friends. More
