You bring up a great point of your low tire pressure light that a lot of folks may not be familiar with. The sensors on today's vehicles are calibrated so accurately that if your pressure is even slightly off, you will get a warning. Tire pressure is most often affected by the change in temperatures and big outside temperature changes are the most common culprit. As the seasons change, it may be that there is a 20 degree (or more) temperature change daily, so it is more likely to happen this time of year.
