I decided to go to Elkins Chevrolet on a whim because the vehicle I was looking to purchase at other dealerships kept falling through (one vehicle was not as described, and two vehicles were sold before I co vehicle I was looking to purchase at other dealerships kept falling through (one vehicle was not as described, and two vehicles were sold before I could get to those dealerships). As soon as I drove onto the Elkins lot, I spotted the exact vehicle I was looking for. I entered the dealership, and it seemed as if my sales rep Ryan was already waiting for me, lol. Service at Elkins Chevrolet was wonderful! After I test drove the car, we started the purchasing process, and it was the most efficient process I’ve ever had at a dealership. It didn’t take long at all. Everyone I interacted with at Elkins was lovely, and the atmosphere at this dealership was so peaceful. I had an amazing experience here. Definitely a 5+ star rating.
