This last visit, we had a major issue with our vehicle and Santia Antrilli was our service contact, Santia was amazing! She led us thru the whole 10 day process. She kept us updated on the progress of parts arriving, what service was being completed each day and assisted us in any way she could. Super friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and organized. I am sure I could come up with many more adjectives to describe her. I thank her again for her help and the piece of mind she gave me! More
