My wife and I were searching for a Kia Rondo for the last 6 months and we finally found one with a 3rd row seat and low mileage at Elkins Chevrolet. I called Elkins Chevrolet and was immediately impressed b 6 months and we finally found one with a 3rd row seat and low mileage at Elkins Chevrolet. I called Elkins Chevrolet and was immediately impressed by the Sales Manager Joe Capra. He was extremely friendly and welcoming and answered all of my questions. Let me first say that I was skeptical at first that the car was even real because the pictures online looked so great for a used car. Also, many dealerships I have been to in the last 6 months play the bait and switch game, and nine out of ten times the car you look at online is magically sold by the time you arrive at the dealership, or the price is jacked up by 50%, or the mileage is inaccurate - the list goes on and on. Elkins Chevrolet is the first car dealership I have ever been to that does everything right. I arrived at Elkins and was greeted by Joe Capra who was just as welcoming and friendly in person as he was on the phone. Joe introduced my family and I to Jeff Schor (Our Salesman) and Jeff was by far the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. We all know how car salesman can be, so I do not need to go into that, but I can tell you that Jeff is the polar opposite of a typical "Salesman". Jeff listened to us and got to know my family and I, so that by the time we sat down to discuss pricing we genuinely felt comfortable and at ease. I should add that we had all four of our kids with us (Plus my mother/father in law:) and Jeff immediately made us all feel at home. He gave the kids coloring books, crayons, puzzles and bracelets and set them up in the break room with Cable TV (Disney Channel For The Kids). The coloring books and TV kept them occupied for a while, but kids-being kids, they eventually invaded the sales floor running, laughing and having fun. I must say that everyone we met at Elkins made our family feel at home and there was not one raised eyebrow to be found. Everyone was quite simply - a pleasure to be around. Jeff Schor took us for a test drive and patiently showed us the Kia Rondo inside and out. By the way, the car did exist and it was just as described in the online advertisement, so we were extremely happy. To make a very long story short, we came to Elkins Chevrolet with our guards up and really not knowing what to expect, but we left with a great car at a great price, and more importantly we had the best customer service experience we have ever had. I would not be sitting up at 10:30pm on a Monday night writing this review if I did not feel like sharing our wonderful experience with all of you. We will definitely highly recommend Elkins Chevrolet to anyone that needs a car and wants to be treated great! More

yesterday my wife and i showed up at Elkins Chevrolet, looking to trade our Yukon Denali in for a Chevrolet Equinox. We had went to other dealerships and dealt with the run of the mill nonsense of salesm looking to trade our Yukon Denali in for a Chevrolet Equinox. We had went to other dealerships and dealt with the run of the mill nonsense of salesmen showing us vehicles we had no intrest in owning, i.e. certified used and differnet models. Walking into Elkins i was preparing myself for a similar experience, this was not the case. First we showed up and our salesmen asked what we had in mind and being a cold day he brought up the exact model we wanted without us having to walk the parking lot in the cold with our 9 month old son. Next we took the car for a test drive and was offered to look at basically the same model inside out of the cold, the added comfort and no pressure sales was outstanding. After a fresh cup of coffee and going over all the features of the car and showing my less than vehicle inclined wife how to use everything we began talking over what deal we could come to. The sales departments integrity was second to none they didn't try any of the sales gimmicks or scams that some dealers live on. Joe and Tony were 100% straight forward they gave us a fair amount for our trade without trying to hide the value in the rest of the paperwork. When we came to that fair price we began talking about the new equinox. Joe and Tony took the time to find any and every incentive and rebate to get us a great price for our car. Being that we are active duty Joe and Tony went the extra mile to assist us with tagging it in a different state. Once all the deal was decided we went into signing of all the paperwork half way thru we noticed a discrepancy Nick stopped and told us to give a few minutes to correct this issue. Tony assisted us with transfering our personal items into our new car while Nick fixed the problem. Tony took the time to assist us with setting up the ON Star, XM radio, and Navigation. Walking back into the showroom Nick had the problem corrected we finished the paperwork and set the navigation to our home address and we was out the door. I honestly wish that you could give a higher rating than 5. We have never purchased a new vehicle before and they made it a breeze. I would highly recommend Elkins Chevrolet over any other dealership in South Jersey. Joe Tony and Nick were very professional, if you are looking for a new Chevrolet don't waste your time shopping around go straight to Elkins and go home in a car you will love at a price you can't beat.
