Bob and Joe gave me honest direct advice - no beating around the bush. Bob Borman was persistent at attempting to sell add-on programs, he explained them thoroughly and was not offended when denied. All were very pleasant and made the entire process bearable. I have purchased several vehicles in my years and only one other time have I found a dealership that I would return to first when looking to make another purchase and Elkins is now one of them. As I am an owner of a Honda Accord and not part of the Chevrolet Family, I was slightly skeptical about not having an appointment. But from the moment I walked in they made me feel right at home. They were quick to notice that it was my first time at the dealership and eager to make a good first impression. Adam and Josh quickly put my information into the system and offered to drop me off at the Promenade so that I could do some shopping while my oil was being changed. They not only helped me with my oil change but also recommened I speak with Honda about a few maintenance repairs that they noticed would prevent future problems. The overall expericne was quick, easy, and informative. Even as a Honda owner, I plan on returning to Elkins Chevrolet. More
