I bought a car from Elkins Chevrolet two weeks ago and today I just purchased my second vehicle. Just like last time I dealt with a professional team that values their customers, Mo, Bob and Tom did an e today I just purchased my second vehicle. Just like last time I dealt with a professional team that values their customers, Mo, Bob and Tom did an excellent job and it's unfortunate that we only have two drivers in the family, otherwise they would expect another sale soon. The first time I bought a car we were in the middle of a group waiting to complete the purchase through financing, each one waiting with the sales representative at their office, today I had to wait for my sales representative to complete his sale before he took care of me to complete his next sale, usually dealers that sell many vehicles at this pace pass through their customers without doing much negotiation or they have multiple representatives talk to the customer even though they are not involved with the negotiation so Kudos to Elkins for understanding that the sales experience is far better when the customer is given devoted time by the people they are negotiating with (sales rep, management and finance). My advice to anyone interested in buying a car is to try Elkins first, don't get caught up looking at the cash back and apr offers that every one else is offering, there are other manufacturers offering more cash back and lower apr rates than Chevrolet but this dealer will work harder at getting the best price and rate that the customer would be satisfied with. My advice to Elkins, expand your brands, I like Chevrolet but I also like the other GM products and there are other good brands as well, I don't think my good experience is more to Chevrolet's credit than to Elkins so if you can manage to have the same professionalism with other brands, you would be the most successful car dealership family in the area. I purchased a brand new 2013 Silverado from Elkins Chevorlet. In all my years of buying new vehicles this was the most pleasant, non stress, vehicle purchase that I have ever had. I started off with saleman Mo Mossayebi showing me all trucks that I had interest in and he helped me choose the right vehicle. I finished with manager Bob Borman with all the final cost numbers and he helped me purchase all the extras that I wanted for my new truck. Again no stress, Bob reminded me of some better choices of my options to better serve my needs and also made sure everything was installed in a timely manner. Bottom line I would recommend this dealership to anybody, especially those have that had unpleasant buying in the past. Thanks again for giving me a chance to tell my story. Bruce Boone More
I came to this dealer to check out the new Malibu, Equinox and Impala. It has been a few years since I purchased a vehicle at a GM dealership which was the only good experience I ever had while car s Equinox and Impala. After doing my homework regarding the cash back offers, I test drove the Malibu and I was rather surprised at how well the car's handling ability has improved compared to the previous models. As usual you have to do some negotiation to get the price you want whenever you are buying and trading in your vehicle, and GM never disappoints. GM has always been an innovator when it comes to winning customers over, they had the right formula with the Saturn dealerships when they were around, the were the first to introduce 0.9 and 0% financing a little over 10 years ago, they were the first to introduce employee pricing and cash back offers, and they were also the first to introduce loyalty discounts and competitive owner discounts. Mo was very pleasant to deal with and Russ showed interest in my business which is the only reason I walked out with a new car that day, if the sales managers at Honda, Toyota, Mazda, Hyundai, Ford and all the other competitors show equal or even half the interest in doing business rather than rely on their arrogance thinking that their products are flawless as if the consumers should feel honored to buy their vehicles, they would have even better sales. The financing was painless, Tom was very fast getting the paperwork ready which was great since it gave me more time to drive and enjoy my new car on the first day. My car was detailed inside and out even though it was new and clean so that was a big plus. My permanent vehicle registration was ready within a week and my trade in was paid off in less than 10 days. Overall, It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Mo, Russ and Tom, if I am still in the area when I am ready to trade in my other car, I will definitively visit Elkins Chevrolet first and hopefully leave with another new Chevrolet. Great dealership on all levels. Elkins is a pleasure for the consumer. I am not easy to impress and Adam Elkins did it. His personality and knowledge will take him a long way. Everyone was great at Elkins. I first spoke to Bob Borman, who helped me get information on the vehicle we owned, but did not buy from Elkins, without knowing we were interested in a new vehicle. When I mentioned the possibility of purchasing, he introduced us to Tim Alexander, who was our sales guy. I next spoke with them about a specific truck. When we went to the dealership, the vehicle was up front waiting for us. They kept in contact with us, but we never felt pressured. Everything ran smoothly and Bob and Time worked with us on all that we wanted. We had taken our puppy, who received plenty of attention. She was even invited into the dealership with treats! I can't say enough about the reception of all the employees. More
