This was my first time buying a car. I had been at a few other dealerships before stopping at Elkins Chevrolet, and beings that I was a first time buyer, I was already feeling uneasy based on the interactio other dealerships before stopping at Elkins Chevrolet, and beings that I was a first time buyer, I was already feeling uneasy based on the interactions I had with other salesmen at the other dealerships. I had interest in the Chevy Sonic from what I had read about it online, and that was the car that seemed to be the most suitable for my needs. My salesman, Darian made my girlfriend and I feel comfortable from the start. He definitely is a people person, and he made a first time experience a comfortable, not to mention memorable one. After all the horror stories I've heard about with other people at other dealerships, I was more than surprised with how we were treated by Darian, as well as the staff at Elkins Chevrolet. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and I would definitely recommend Darian if you're looking for a quality car, as well as a great experience. More

He invited us into the garage to check out the truck, he was very helpful even called up front to have a salesman come back to the garage so that we didn't have to go find someone ourselves. After talking with Adam for a short time we sat with him to work up a deal. It was almost 9pm and we never felt rushed. Spoke with Tom from finance and set up an appointment for 6:00 the next evening. Told both Adam and Tom that I work a lot of hours and did not want to be stuck in the dealership for hours, they both assured me that they would have me out fast. I thought I had everything decided but wanted to be reassured by Tom, not a problem! He also was able to answer questions I had about a warranty, which I purchased with his help. Arrived at 6:10 was out at 7:06! Great job! More

He was courteous and straight up from the moment he introduced himself. He is a down to earth gentleman who does not treat you like your and idiot or act like most other stuck up car salespersons. It is a clean friendly dealership, while the other salesmen are somewhat polite, they are typical salesmen, that is why I encourage you to ask for Mr. Steve Earl when buying a car from there. You will get the fairest deal while not feeling like your being taken over. Again Mr. Earl thank you for making it the first pleasant experience we have had while buying a car. We will forward your name and anyone would be lucky to have you as their salesman. P.S. Just a little note to all the employees at EVERY dealership, people can hear you talking and can see your actions, so if you are not happy with a customer, take it to a room where you cant be seen or heard. It is very uncomfortable to hear customers being talked about in a negative manner. More

For me the service dept. is what actually brought me to Elkins Chevrolet. As usual, the Elkins Chevrolet staff goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I got my first car from them in 2004 and with the help of the service department, was able to keep it on the beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Over years Adam was exceptional in the service department and that has undoubtedly translated to the sales side of their operation. In a matter of two days I was in a certified pre-owned car that met all of my needs including - and most importantly - price. Adam left no detail unexplored and was there to walk me through every step of the way. A+ work as usual. More
