She likes the service they provide. I can say that Elkins is direction is in the same vein as the luxury brands. Simply the best! Every three years or so my wife and I lease a new vehicle from Elkins Chevrolet. He didn't tell me what I wanted to hear. He told me what I needed to know. I liked that. There was no guessing. As I left the show room with my new vehicle I felt empowered, enlightened and educated. Honest and trustworthy I took my car in for transmission trouble which, of course, gave me anxiety because we all know how costly transmission trouble can be! I won't bore you with ALL of the details but long story short, they rebuilt my entire transmission for free because the part was under a special Chevy service program. The part was never recalled but if the part is to go bad they are to replace the part at no charge. I would've never known that, because it's not due to an open recall. They had an opportunity to screw me and take my money, but instead when they found the issue they took it upon themselves to see if the part was covered, and it was. My car was there for a few days, my transmission was rebuilt, and I owed $0.00!!! To me, upstanding mechanics are hard to come by, I am thankful to have a dealership nearby that I know I can trust!! More
