I was told to go to a different dealership and they wasted my time and tried to talk me into a car I didn't really want at a price I couldn't afford. I emailed Jim and he got a TON done with me remotely so that I didn't have to leave my new baby, he got me the best car in my price range that had great safety ratings, which is what I was truly needing and went above and beyond helping me to get my payment to what I needed. Plus, talking to Jim and Lisa at Elkins isn't like talking to salespeople. It's like talking to friends who actually care. I am really happy with my experience and I will be back again! More

I continued the sale because I enjoyed Todd. They just need to work on pricing there trucks as they are higher then a lot of other dealerships.
