Wonderful Experience and an Awesome Purchase! I was in accident a month ago and my vehicle was totaled. I was rear ended at a red light and I have been without a vehicle of my own for a month, tha I was in accident a month ago and my vehicle was totaled. I was rear ended at a red light and I have been without a vehicle of my own for a month, that is until today. I had time to do my research as I waited for the insurance company to do their part. I looked at sites and spoken with friends and family. A good friend from work suggested that if your looking for a truck then head to Elkins Chevrolet and talk to my guy Todd Hersh. I did not know what to expect but I reached out to Todd. We spoke about what I was looking for and he asked me to come in to discuss options further. The Dealership was very clean and the staff was professional and friendly. I met with Todd whom felt like a friend just trying to help another friend in need. I asked my questions and he answered them professionally and honestly. He provided the options and gave me advise without any pressure to make a sale. He wanted to help me pick out the truck that was right for me. Needless to say when I pulled in I saw what I wanted and my wife new it as well. We took the test drive and I was in love with the Silverado Red Line Edition. Todd continue to discuss the vehicle as we continued the test drive. I stated “Todd I’m already buying this vehicle” and Todd stated “Oh I know”. We all laughed and went back in to finalize the deal. I worked with Lisa within finance to complete the paperwork. She was a joy to speak with as well and very professional. As I waited for my truck I was smiling ear to ear like a kid on Christmas. I know that this review is long but it is a honest one and needed to be shared. I was dreading heading into a Dealership and dealing with the same BS. But if you are looking for a Dealership that is not like all the rest and really feels like family then head into Elkins Chevrolet and talk to my guy Todd Hersh. I will be heading back in for accessories and service in the future and I can’t wait to see everyone once again.
