Not your usual car buying experience It's been several years since we purchased a car from a dealership and after visiting a few our experience with Elkins was by far the best. Very prof It's been several years since we purchased a car from a dealership and after visiting a few our experience with Elkins was by far the best. Very professional and not the usual "car salesman" feel. Sales rep was courteous and although he couldn't originally make the deal and had to get his manager involved, the manager was also respectful and courteous when explaining their pricing etc. When we went back to purchase the process took a little longer than we were expecting but again, the dealership in general was friendly and clean and they always offered water while waiting. More

The best service I ever received! I woke up on Friday and thought but I was gonna have a tough situation being that I at least the BMW and they told me that the charge for service and I woke up on Friday and thought but I was gonna have a tough situation being that I at least the BMW and they told me that the charge for service and tires would be almost $2000. Imagine my panic. I called Jim marks at Elkins and not only did he put me into an amazing car but he took care of all the issues and I can’t imagine having done it without him.
