Fair, Honest, Trustworthy After shopping for a new family car at a couple of other Chevrolet dealerships in the area, we went to Elkins because they seemed to have the best inv After shopping for a new family car at a couple of other Chevrolet dealerships in the area, we went to Elkins because they seemed to have the best inventory on site. Besides that, their online reputation speaks volumes compared to others in the area - and we learned it's for a very good reason. My husband and I are very honest, no BS people and we wanted to pay a fair price for a new Traverse. Not only did the team at Elkins educate us on all the functionality of the vehicle, they advised us about other Chevy models that we were thinking about in the future, and worked their finance magic to let us walk out of the door that night with our new car... totally NOT what we expected! We assumed we'd get wheeled and dealed, and have to leave that night then maybe come back a couple of days later. Nope. The staff at Elkins really treated us with respect, honesty and flexibility with our new purchase. It was very important to them that we felt satisfied with our decision and price we paid because they wanted us to have a positive experience. We'll be shopping Elkins for a VERY long time now and recommending to all of our friends/family in the area. Their customer service was unparalleled! More

Always a great buying experience at Elkins Chevrolet I purchased my first car from Elkins 10 years ago. I always said that when it was time for a new car I’d go back there. And I did, my husband and I re I purchased my first car from Elkins 10 years ago. I always said that when it was time for a new car I’d go back there. And I did, my husband and I recently bought my new car there. When we arrived we were greeted by Todd Hersh we told him the specific car that I was interested in. We explained to him that before we test drove the car we wanted to make sure that the car was in our budget. He was more that happy to do that for us. He was able to run numbers and keep the payments within our budget. He was very informative of the warranties and info on the car and even helped us set up the OnStar and Serius radio!! I was so happy to be able to drive my new Chevy Trax off of the lot in just a few short hours. More

Worst experience ever! I had the most absolute worst experience with your service depaetment. I was extrememly disrespected, treated poorly, talked down to, I was also talke I had the most absolute worst experience with your service depaetment. I was extrememly disrespected, treated poorly, talked down to, I was also talked over the entire time. To me it felt like just because I was a female by myself without a man by my side they just wanted to get me out of the door and didnt want to have to deal with my car. I will never be back to your service department let alone purchase a vehicle from your dealership. I will never recommend your service department to anyone because of how Mr Josh Elkins treated me. I think its fair to say your service department needs to work on their customers service and their people skills.
