Fair, Honest, Trustworthy After shopping for a new family car at a couple of other Chevrolet dealerships in the area, we went to Elkins because they seemed to have the best inv After shopping for a new family car at a couple of other Chevrolet dealerships in the area, we went to Elkins because they seemed to have the best inventory on site. Besides that, their online reputation speaks volumes compared to others in the area - and we learned it's for a very good reason. My husband and I are very honest, no BS people and we wanted to pay a fair price for a new Traverse. Not only did the team at Elkins educate us on all the functionality of the vehicle, they advised us about other Chevy models that we were thinking about in the future, and worked their finance magic to let us walk out of the door that night with our new car... totally NOT what we expected! We assumed we'd get wheeled and dealed, and have to leave that night then maybe come back a couple of days later. Nope. The staff at Elkins really treated us with respect, honesty and flexibility with our new purchase. It was very important to them that we felt satisfied with our decision and price we paid because they wanted us to have a positive experience.
