Easy pleasant experience Most people hate the dreaded car search dealing with pushy salesmen, so imagine my surprise when I stopped buy one day to look at used Chevy Tahoe's a Most people hate the dreaded car search dealing with pushy salesmen, so imagine my surprise when I stopped buy one day to look at used Chevy Tahoe's and a friendly/personable sales woman came out to greet me! I wasn't impressed with the Tahoe (for what I was looking for) but was so happy with Lori that I went back again, a few days later, to look into other used vehicles that she messaged me about and while there I fell in love with a brand new showroom model Chevy Traverse! I typically don't buy new cars but WOW this one was exactly what I was looking for and with all the extra bells and whistles. I just had to have it. Came back the same day with my husband and Lori gave us a great price and even better customer service. I got a fair trade in on my other car and it was an all around pleasant experience. We had to go back the next day to drop off a few items and spent a good 45 minutes with Mike Bilbow who excitedly showed us all of the cool new features the Traverse has. He was friendly, personable and super knowledgeable. Great group of people to work with!! More

Great customer service My initial website inquiries were followed up quickly. My many questions were answered to my satisfaction. I stopped in for a quick look to see if i liked the vehicle that i saw online. The person that met me in the lot was very nice and had answers to most of my questions. I was asking specifics about this particular pick up truck. When i got back home, there was an email from the sales manager, and he answered my questions immediately. We discussed pricing and possible payments through emails, and then I went back to dealer. The sales manager came by and introduced himself, Bob Borman, who I had spoken to on the phone earlier. I was happy we didn't have a long wait, pricing and paperwork went quickly, and I was able to leave with the vehicle. I'll be back with other family members when they're ready for a car or truck. Side note, when leaving, even the detail guy that cleaned and brought up the truck was pleasant. More
