My husband scheduled a test drive for us at Elkins, and we ended loving and buying the car. We had a very easy experience with Tony. Tony Dillard met us and explained the vehicle options to us very well. After our test drive we left to consider our purchase. On return Tony was off that day and Ryan Bradley took over. He immediately explained some questions we had with our vehicle and began the purchase process. He was very friendly and personable. The sales manager, Andrew Alcott made a great deal on our trade-in and rebate/discounts. He is a great asset to the team. We enjoyed our interaction with him and Lisa Hulmes also.
