Quick and easy! I saw the Pink VW Beetle advertised on the Volkswagen website and decided to try to find one. The first VW dealership I went to, the salesman said, "G I saw the Pink VW Beetle advertised on the Volkswagen website and decided to try to find one. The first VW dealership I went to, the salesman said, "Good luck finding one of those; they only made a limited number of them." So we continued our search, and I'm glad we did! I went on to the Elk Grove VW website and was able to text-- and get an immediate response-- all my questions about the pink VW Beetle. The person who texted me back told me they had one on the showroom floor and invited me to come in for a test drive. The next day after work, we went in, saw the car and fell in love with the cool color-- and right then and there, the completed our application, approved our loan, and we were driving out of the dealership in our new car in no time! Ty, the kind gentleman who helped us decide on our car, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The finance manager was thorough, quick, and very nice. I would highly recommend this VW dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Awesome Customer Service I went from just giving my husband a ride to pick up his car which was getting an oil change, to test driving a Passat, to leasing a Passat.
