His passion for cars and knowledge of VWs led to long conversations and made me want to give him my business. I was not looking to buy a car yesterday, but the car (19 rabbit GTI) and our combined knowledge about it and his helpful manner convinced to me to make an offer and work with EG VW to buy the car that day. I would definitely recommend speaking to him to anyone looking to buy a VW, his knowledge and the welcoming feeling he exudes will likely earn your business too. The sales representative provided me with the available options to purchase the vehicle verses leasing the vehicle for 3 years. Unhappy with General Manager and Finance Guy Bought my car in August of 2018. Started out great, easy to work with, great price, etc. Went in to do paperwork. Checked rates before, through my bank, which would give me a .25% decrease on the interest rate because i am a preferred customer. Showed that to the sales guy, Bobby, he took my phone into the Finance guy, Eddie, to make sure that i was going to get that rate through my bank. Eddie said yes, they will do an internal rate adjustment. Well of course, they didn't. And eddie knew they wouldn't, I truly felt like I was taken advantage of, I was by myself, with my elderly mom and her little dog. My husband couldn't go with me. I didn't know any better. And they knew I didn't know any better. I have sent 2 emails to Patrick Ahern and sent a copy of my email via US mail with not one response. Not even an acknowledgment. I will never buy a car from Lasher again. I have purchased my two previous VW's from them and my Audi from them, but never again. More

While at first I was unable to get even a response from the dealership, once I was able to make contact with them, they not only took care of my issue but did it with integrity and true customer service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a respectable dealership that makes it their business to care about their customers. Old review: Had an issue with a new car and cannot get a call back after several messages and email. Beware...love to get you in the door and get $$ but leave you hanging afterwards. More
