Yesterday, I bought a diesel Passat from them. Rich Barbour was my salesman. The experience was the best one I ever had, including buying several luxury cars. I have been stuck in meetings all week, so after finding me the very car i wanted, Rich drove good 10-12 miles each way to meet me at lunch for a test drive. We negotiated everything through e-mail and text messaging (!) and most of paperwork was pre-printed by the time I got to the dealership. I was on my way home in an hour and most of the time at the dealership was spent going over the cars features. I cannot speak highly enough of Rich and his team. More

There was a service technician out front helping another customer, I asked him where to go for my service, he took a minute to walk me to the door & opened it. It was the office of Joe Margo. Joe was so nice and informative. I was told the service would take about 40 minutes, and actually it was just a little under. Great place, great people. I definitely recommend them.
