The only day I was available to come in was Ray's day off but rather than handing me off to another sales associate he had me call him 30 minutes before arriving at the dealership so he could come in and off but rather than handing me off to another sales associate he had me call him 30 minutes before arriving at the dealership so he could come in and meet me. Ray patiently answered all my questions and made sure to keep me updated throughout the process. Due to an upside down trade it wasn't easy to get me financed, Ray called me throughout the entire process letting me know that they were still working on my financing and where we were at. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles as well. Gina in finance was wonderful as she made me feel comfortable and was very helpful and friendly. Overall this was a good buying experience and I couldn't be happier with my new vehicle! More
