A "Just Right" Car Buying Experience Talk about seamless. I called the dealership with a question and was lucky enough to have Tony, the Sales Manager, answer my call. Long story short, Tony provided the information I needed and worked with me throughout the day over the phone to find me a new car that I wanted and that worked for my budget. He found EXACTLY what I was looking for and had already done most of the leg work before I got to the dealership after work last Thursday evening, February 11 to sign papers. Everyone I met was very friendly, helpful, and not pushy -- thank goodness. Mussef, the F&I manager, and Kyle, went over everything I needed to know about my new 2016 Jetta Sport, and were great, too. The reason I chose Elk Grove VW for my next vehicle was because I had already had great experiences with Paul in the Service Department when I took my previous Jetta (purchased at another local dealership) in for maintenance because it was closer to where I live. I provided him with the parameters of my purchase, such as year, mileage, amount Ibadan to spend, specifications of the model, etc. he was very polite and was able to close the deal, taking into consideration all of my requests. This is my third VW in less than 15 years and I hope that this one is as reliable and keeps me as happy as the other two did. I would surely return to Lasher if my next car is a VW. However, this case better last many years, as I take good cars of my vehicles. Just to be clear, Josh was my salesperson, not Patrick- I see Patrick is in management bad likely authorized the bottom line price, but Josh sold me the car. One incredible turn off with the.entire experience is rage your need to streamline the finance process, especially since I paid cash. It took al,ostensibly as long as my mortgage. It's quite ruducykois. It had nothing to do with sales staff, and I don't know what meaningful changes, if any, can be done, buy it's worth a serious inquiry if you're interested in repeat customers.
