I brought my wife Camry for oil change yesterday. I was called three times that the vehicle is ready for pick up When I trying to pick it up the vehicle was not washed. The receptionist made an effort to was it but it was not dried I had to dry it myself beside that the tire pressure was not set at 35psi they were all over the place I took a picture. Also I asked Carly to get me a quote for replacing my 2011 Prius cooling system, she call to the main service they told her that the cost is $130 when I get there today the service writer told me that it would be $300 for both cooling systems. I am not going to give a bad survey but at least the code should be close to what it given at the first place More

They are good at checking you in not so good at checking you out. Purchased a part that was supposed to be installed. From the service advisor, to the parts department to the cashier nobody checked checking you out. Purchased a part that was supposed to be installed.
