Excellent service by the dealership! I have been coming to this delealership for oil change service for my cars because it’s close to my house and finish within an hour and half. They were able to accommodate additional request I had such as replacing the wiper blade without a long wait. I really appreciate their being upfront as far as the cost and the wait. Thank you. More

Simple oil change We have been using Elk Grove Toyota for years, even purchased two cars from them. I had an appoitment for a 10:05 oil change. I get in line at 10:00 a We have been using Elk Grove Toyota for years, even purchased two cars from them. I had an appoitment for a 10:05 oil change. I get in line at 10:00 am and a runner comes out and says hello and tells me a tech will be right with me. 30 minutes later i get a tech (what is the point of an appointment?) he tells me the service is going to take two hours...2 hours. No apologies for waiting 30 minutes, no explanation for a two hour oil change. They failed to put the hubcaps on tight, so my wife lost one on the way to work the next morning. No more dealership for oil changes. I am done with Elk Grove Toyota. More

Nick Kersten is the best service manager ever Nick was the first person I met when I moved to California in 2014. He was friendly, honest and guinuenly cared about my life changing situation.
