Not concerned about safety sent Us off without fixing the nail in the tire. Would not recommend. They did the 25,000 service and discovered a nail in the tire. I drive all the way out from Concord to Elk Grove for my car maintenance because I’m always treated well and am not pushed to do any unnecessary services or services I don’t want. This time I wasn’t able to schedule an appointment, but Ronald was able to help right away. I went ahead with my day, got what I needed to get done and received a call to discuss any recommendations and then a notification and call letting me know my car was ready. No hassle! That’s why I still come all the way to this location. Thanks so much, guys! More
