Amazing customer service experience! Andy Tran was the representative who helped me with my service and he was amazing! He was fast and efficient with explaining details about the service Andy Tran was the representative who helped me with my service and he was amazing! He was fast and efficient with explaining details about the service I was getting for my truck and even made some recommendations I did not know about. What’s even more impressive was while my truck was getting serviced, he offered to get me a Lyft back home and back to Toyota when it was finished. Maybe I’m late to the party but I have never been to a dealership who offered this amazing service! And it was all paid for!
