Horrible Service!!!!!!!! Worst Service Ever! Called left a message for a supervisor to return my call and well I’m still still waiting 4 days later. Experienced theft too pick Worst Service Ever! Experienced theft too picked up my car and my phone cord was missing and my seats were stained from what I can tell were oil spots. I literally had to record the sound of what was never fixed although I was told the issue was tweaked without having to take my car apart.... hmmmm made no sense. If it weren’t for the original person that assisted me that cared to help me victor I would have never got my car issue taken care of. No one at Toyota cared about me being irate. I didn’t even walk out with a car wash. Loyal customer and the thanks I get! Toyota is about the money and their commission! More

Service I had an appointment set up but we were told to line up so we waited in 90+ heat of the afternoon . My review Staff is friendly. This place is always busy. It is better to make an appointment or be very early. Their phone notification texts are kind of slow. I Staff is friendly.
