Although the earliest available online appointment for our service was one week out, our experience at Elk Grove Toyota was worth the wait. From the moment we drove into the service bay, staff was professional and courteous. We never had such a quick turnaround at a Toyota dealer on our express oil change/tire rotation and were in and out within the hour. Our express service adviser, Joel, made us feel as though we were family. This was our second experience with Elk Grove Toyota (the first was through the car rental service). Both times, our experience was excellent. We will be back. More

Consistent service from ALL onsite. No matter who I work with on-site I’m always taken care of. The only negative thing I can say was my appointment was not honored.
