Received excellent customer service. When Gary the service rep saw me waiting patiently for the next rep... I saw he expedited what he was doing to come and help me. I found out from him When Gary the service rep saw me waiting patiently for the next rep... I saw he expedited what he was doing to come and help me. I found out from him I was at the wrong service center and he went ahead and took care of me and took the car across the street to the correct service center. Person who scheduled me did not tell me the right place nor did they tell me that I could get a ride since it was a check engine light problem. Gary was so nice to inform me of all that was suppose to be relayed to me that the first person did not. Gary did not bad mouth the person, just quickly took care of me and my car and was very informative with everything I needed to know. Excellent service. It’s nice to get continued excellent service whenever I bring my car to get serviced. My only hope is to educate the ones that seem to be slacking in areas needed. I can’t remember the service tech that helped me also. I think his name was nick. He was great too. Not sure who the girl was that scheduled appt... she needs to be trained on information given to customers. It would of been real helpful to know I got a free ride to and from Toyota since I had a check engine problem. More

Ok service center My advisor was good, mediated issues that arose. Technicians that serviced my vehicle remains in question. While checking the cabin air filter, they l My advisor was good, mediated issues that arose. Technicians that serviced my vehicle remains in question. While checking the cabin air filter, they left black smudges on glove box panel and passenger seat without changing thier gloves after working on under the hood of car. Advisor was apologetic and was able to get dirty areas detailed for me and discounted price of service for inconvenience. Driving home heard weird noise. Pulled over and found hub cap for vehicle not properly replaced. Minor inconveniences to dirty my hands to remove and replace back on tire. Maybe it was my luck for getting a novice person assisting with the maintenance of my vehicle. More
