Oil change and tire rotation and brake inspection I had an appointment scheduled for 2:20 p.m on Monday October 21,2019 and was in at 2:32. I did not pick up my car and keys till 4:30. Way too long in my opinion but the representative helping me gave me a discount on my bill and was very patient and kind with me and the situation. More

Unprofessional staff The advisors were so unprofessional. They were very loud and kept laughing. Everything was over the top perfect. Until I reached the cashier. I was upset that the bill was $506.00 when the estimate was $500.00. I explained why I didn’t understand the extra $6.00. She said it was cashier. I was upset that the bill was $506.00 when the estimate was $500.00. I explained why I didn’t understand the extra $6.00. She said it was because of the tax! I’ve never paid more than what was estimated unless the service department phones me to explain. Then she waved and said my car was in the back by the car wash. I couldn’t find it until walking behind the car wash in the express parking. I love this Toyota dealership and will return as soon as another maintenance service is needed. But I hope I don’t have the same cashier. More

Also service front desk staff reluctance to get service advisor caused me extra work and money to get opionion elsewhere while waiting to get thru to speak to an advisor. Joyce was one of the front desk staff. This has happened very time. the only time i could get thru is when I had to raise a huge concern or my car is actually there. More
