Everything was over the top perfect. Until I reached the cashier. I was upset that the bill was $506.00 when the estimate was $500.00. I explained why I didn’t understand the extra $6.00. She said it was cashier. I was upset that the bill was $506.00 when the estimate was $500.00. I explained why I didn’t understand the extra $6.00. She said it was because of the tax! I’ve never paid more than what was estimated unless the service department phones me to explain. Then she waved and said my car was in the back by the car wash. I couldn’t find it until walking behind the car wash in the express parking. I love this Toyota dealership and will return as soon as another maintenance service is needed. But I hope I don’t have the same cashier. More
