This is the second time my experience here was horrible with the service department. After my car was there for 4 days and I was assured by Jeanette and Alvin that it was detailed I arrived to a car that h with the service department. After my car was there for 4 days and I was assured by Jeanette and Alvin that it was detailed I arrived to a car that hadn’t even been vacuumed, let alone detailed. Jeffrey was not helpful and Izeah was absolutely rude and dismissive. No one took ownership of the fact that the work was not done nor understood I can’t transport my child back and forth in an Uber. The expectation was that I had to spend all Saturday at the dealership with my 4 y/o child for them to clean the car or take an Uber home without a car seat for my child and have no access to a car. After I took my car home and emailed Jeannette the response was again an offer of Uber or I could rent a car so that I have access to a vehicle while Toyota corrected their mistakes. I was transferred to Brian ultimately who’s tone on the phone was just nasty. To be treated as a nuisance when I’m Toyota keeps not completing the services expected is beyond frustrating. Brian did tersely agree to give a loaner vehicle and set a service date. However, the wasted time and energy spent on this were unacceptable. To be treated so Poorly (especially with my child and elderly mother present) when Toyota created the problem was just insulting. More

Had electrical issues and my 2016 was towed to Elk Grove Toyota service dept. class requesting authorization and explaining what was being done were excellent. New facility dedicated for service. Service is faster. Adviser is great. Only downside is that they have removed the shuttle service. Made sure all concerns were addressed, made sure we had a loaner while waiting a few days for parts and got everything d well as other service needs.
