Overall very satisfied. We have been customers at Toyota for about 20 yrs.We have always been treated with respect and with good courtesy. We have two very minor complaints:At one time a dollar was taken from the car console.We did not mention it due to the unimportance.On our last service on22April2020,we discovered that a styluss was missing.I hope I spelled the item correct.It is a pen/pencil like item to change the radio selections without having to leave fingerprints.We do not recall the cost of the item.The dollar and cost of the item is irelevant.What items will be missing next time?We are sure it is the oversight of a single employee.Thoughts of that employee shoud be:How does his actions reflect on the Dealership and other personell.Thyank You,Pedro and Antonia Duran More
