Matt Levine was my body shop estimator, he was the best! He gave his full attention to what I had to say and explained so that I understood what would be done to repair the car. I had never been happier when I saw the finished product of my car. It looked like a new car! I think everything was done to make me happy, down to wash and use of Wheel Cleaner on tires. I highly recommend your service to others that need repairs. It did of course concern me that employees were not practicing social distancing and wearing mask among each other. More

Today was my first experience with the service departments (both at the service center and the main dealership). There is no coordination or communication, the employees were rude, and there was absolutely NO SERVICE! If you're interested in a Toyota, I strongly recommend you go to another dealership or decline all additional options and packages. More

Covid 19 Service Department I was surprised to see the service department was nearly empty during the Pandemic. The thing that concerned me was that none of the people working th I was surprised to see the service department was nearly empty during the Pandemic. The thing that concerned me was that none of the people working there were using masks or gloves even though they had to be fairly close to me for the paper work. The service was very fast due to few customers. Even so, the car wash was poor. Disappointed in their response to the Pandemic! More
