Hello, I apologize again for your experience. I also apologize if there were any confusions about ToyotaCare. Every 5k (5k,15k,25k...) is a multi point inspection, tire rotation, fluid top off and brake inspection. Every 10k (10k, 20k...) is all of the previous services I listed plus the oil change. I have addressed your concerns about the customer service you received. your complete satisfaction is our goal and I am sorry we did not achieve that with you this last visit.
