Express service rep should at least give name when checking in. And when car is ready should be more timely. I saw my car done and sat for 25 mins waiting to be called. I returned after a week and advised the service advisor Gustavo of my issue. After doing the diagnostic check it was determined the sensor had gone out. My advisor Gustavo informed me it detected one was bad, however, the best practice would be to replace all. I agreed with this direction. Only one sensor was in inventory the additional sensors had to be ordered. I decided to replace the one and wait until the others sensors are available. Wouldn't you know it, the light came back on!! Because my advisor Gustavo made me aware of this possibility it wasn't alarming. More

Service took very long 1. 5 hrs. Did not return my wheel lock key. Next service sticker illegible needed a new one. Passenger side mirror was turned in so I needed to stop and 5 hrs. Did not return my wheel lock key. Next service sticker illegible needed a new one. Passenger side mirror was turned in so I needed to stop and push it out. Radio was turned off. Climate control was turned off. Not a real good visit. More
I normally take my vehicle to Elk Grove Toyota because the service is great however this time it was not at all a good experience. I show up on time for my appt but sit in my car while others that show u the service is great however this time it was not at all a good experience. I show up on time for my appt but sit in my car while others that show up after me are helped. #2 I was told 1 1/2 hour wait ended up being 4 hours with extended periods of time to tell me something simple needed to be done, keeping in mind I was only getting an oil change. 3. When I see my car sitting in the lot I ask when will I be able to check out and leave the person helping was very short and basically turned their back on me as if I shouldn’t be entitled to a explanation. I am disappointed to say the least with the customer service and how my service was handled, unfortunately I may not be recommending this place anymore. More
