I took my Rav 4 in because the driver seat seemed to be "loose?". The seat would shift forward and back slightly when braking or accelerating. Elk Grove Toyota said they could not find an issue. I have b "loose?". The seat would shift forward and back slightly when braking or accelerating. Elk Grove Toyota said they could not find an issue. I have been driving with this movement in the driver seat ever since. Now the seat is stuck. I can not move the seat forward or back. Toyota charged me for the first visit when they did nothing, and now it will be another $185 just to inspect. If they do find that my seat is stuck, the $185 inspection fee will not cover or be applied to any work they might perform on my vehicle. I'm venting my frustration here. I don't know what else to do. When going in for general maintenance on my vehicle, the service center has been efficient and friendly. I have been very satisfied with this area of service in Elk Grove. I'm obviously not happy in the area of Repairs. More

Fantastic Professional Service Center but every time I bring my Corolla in for service there ends up being an Icon Displayed on my Dashboard afterwards saying something else needs to be checked i.e. Tire bring my Corolla in for service there ends up being an Icon Displayed on my Dashboard afterwards saying something else needs to be checked i.e. Tire Pressure - when that was supposed to be Taken Care of with the Oil Change.
