Went in for 10k toyota care service. The maintenance invoice showed that they rotated my tires, changed oil with oil filter and did a multi-point inspection. Now I am questioning whether they changed my oil or not or did any of the items they listed on the invoice or why it wasn’t explained why my tires weren’t rotated while the invoice said otherwise More

Express Service should be renamed as Forever Service because an express lube service took 2:20 minutes! Advisor said it should be about an hour but was he wrong. It was my first service on a brand new 2023 Tacoma, no oil change required! Was told I “had to get it done to maintain warranty”. Was asked if I’d like a free car wash and I jumped on it. Found out the car wash was more of a quick hose down with areas that looked like it wasn’t touched at all. Had better car wash at the Shell gas station for $6. Since I was there I raised a concern about the parking assist sometimes beeping and sometimes didn’t . It appears the advisor never noted my concerns down and nothing was considered at the end. I said the xxxx with it after 2:20 hour wait. I wasn’t going to wait a minute longer. The waiting area was also a bit warmer than what I would have wanted. More

Briefly, my car sustained damage where a preliminary estimate thought that the front fenders and the rocker moldings would need replacement with all new hardware. I made an appointment with Elk Grove Collision to get an estimate. When I got there, the technician took his time, looking around and underneath. He finally says that the only problem was a couple of clips on the bumper cover that needed to be re-seated. He got the clips in place and then told me that there would no charge... an honest body repair shop! More
