A few months ago my transimission went out. I went to a private repair shop where I was told my transmission would need to be replaced for $2000. At that time, I was not in a position to spend that kind o private repair shop where I was told my transmission would need to be replaced for $2000. At that time, I was not in a position to spend that kind of money and didn't know where to turn. A co-worker recommended that I speak to Martin Brown as they had a similar problem with their Toyota that he had helped resolve. I called Martin and while it turned out he didn't work in the Service Dept, he encouraged me to bring the car in and assured me that if there was any way to repair the vehicle for less they could do it. As it turned out the transmission did not need to be replaced and Dave Famsted was able to repair it for me. Martin stayed in contact with me throughout this entire process and I cannot be more grateful for all he and Dave did for me. While I don't live in Elk Grove, I will definitely buy my next Toyota there. More

I told him that I was searching for a reliable and quality service department for my Toyota. He was quick to recommend the folks in the service, parts, and sales departments of Elk Grove Toyota. I have taken my vehicle to Elk Grove Toyota for regular maintenance, service issues and purchased parts and accessories. I have not been disappointed. Recently, my daughter and son-in-law were looking to buy a new or used vehicle; I recommended that they contact Martin Brown for assistance. Not only is Martin professional and gracious in his role in customer relations, he is an excellent ambassador for Elk Grove Toyota in the community. Conflicting reasons as to who authorizes service; sales manager says he has no say on the service side, the service manager says the sales manager needs to approve the work (which one is it!!!). The vehic manager says he has no say on the service side, the service manager says the sales manager needs to approve the work (which one is it!!!). The vehicle pulled to the right as my wife test drove it, the salesman said it would be taken care of if purchased. When it was brought in we were told that all vehicles pull to the right and that it would not be fixed. The car also was in to have the hood buffed and paint the rear bumper. When picking up the car I noticed deep scratches in the front passenger side door. The sales manager and advisor are saying it was there when I purchased the car. The repairs have been completed to my wife and my satisfaction. EG Toyota did work with us to make sure we were satisfied with their service. Mark and Brian took the time to work with me and make sure everything was repaired. I can say even though we were not in agreement at first, they did make things good in the end. More

The situationthat has prompted me to write this today was because I was in a few weeks ago and I arrived late to my ascheduled appt. and unfortunately missed the shuttle service. I met Mr. Brown who overheard my dilema (I had to get home to meet with a repairman my husband had scheduled) and offered to give me a ride home so that I was still home just in time for the repairman. This kind of service goes above and beyond normal servive and i I greatly appreciated the time he took to get me home . thankyou so much. More
