Thank You Mark! I have had my cars services her for the past 6 years and services has always been good, not great, but good. Recently I had the catalytic converters stolen from my SUV. Insurance company towed the car to the dealer and Mark was amazingly helpful and worked with my insurance to get everything done in 24 hours. The service was excellent, the finished work was excellent and the turn around time was fantastic. Mark really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and had a great experience during this unfortunate and stressful time. I really appreciate his efforts and had work to satisfy (me) the customer. Thank you Mark! More

Overall service I purchased my first Toyota from Florin Road Toyota in 1996. I always had my vehicle serviced by Florin Rd Toyota. I had 200,000 miles on that vehicl I purchased my first Toyota from Florin Road Toyota in 1996. I always had my vehicle serviced by Florin Rd Toyota. I had 200,000 miles on that vehicle and sold it to a co-worker. I replaced that 1996 Toyota with a 2015 Toyota, purchased at Elk Grove Toyota, I have always received great service which is why I continue to bring my car to this dealership. I recommend this dealership to my family and friends. More

A Trustworthy Dealerdhip I have purches more than one car in my life and usually after you purchase the dealership fails to provide the same level of service as they did with I have purches more than one car in my life and usually after you purchase the dealership fails to provide the same level of service as they did with the sale. But this is not the case with Elk Grove Toyota, I love their service department because they always treat you like a part of the family. I can trust their recommendations are actual problems and not just an effort to make money. I have saved so much money by taking my Lexus to them versus brining to a Lexus dealership and I know I recurve the same level of experience. I have two Toyota vehicles along with the Lexus and this is the only place I bring my cars, I highly recommend their work and integrity. More

Elk Grove Toyota Rocks in Service/buying a new car!!! I never thought I would purchase a new car and never wanted to purchase a new car, but I finally took a leap of faith and went to Elk Grove Toyota. W I never thought I would purchase a new car and never wanted to purchase a new car, but I finally took a leap of faith and went to Elk Grove Toyota. Wow, what amazing service. I never thought I would be the one buying a new car and continuing to take my new car back every five thousand miles for service, but after having such great experiences time after time, I knew I would always take my car back for service. I plan to keep my 2012 Toyota Camry for the next ten years, but I know when it is time to purchase a new car, I will be back to Elk Grove Toyota. The customer care service is so awesome and everyone there is very nice to me always. Thank you so much for such great service Elk Grove Toyota...you guys rock!!! More
