I had the worst car service. They replaced all four tires from my car with the old ones. The night before the appointment on July 19th, I had carwash, and on July 20th at 7:00 am They replaced all four tires from my car with the old ones. The night before the appointment on July 19th, I had carwash, and on July 20th at 7:00 am, I had a car service at the Toyota service center. They asked for a carwash. I rejected it because it was clean; however, when I got my car after service, the tires were dirty in comparison to my brand-new tires. I asked Jeannette to show me a video of what happened to my car during all 45 minutes of service. Victor Reynoso only showed me the video starting from 7:19. What happened to my car those 19 minutes? I don't know. I believe they have an old car shop where they replaced all four tires and successfully showed me a video where they rotated some replaced old tires. One tire cost about $200. More

I continue to have my vehicle serviced at Elk Grove Toyota. Not only are they knowledgeable and provide great service, more importantly, the staff is well mannered, and that makes a two hour drive for Toyota. Went in for 10k toyota care service. The maintenance invoice showed that they rotated my tires, changed oil with oil filter and did a multi-point inspection. However, the tires were never rotated since I marked them but they didnt know that. Now I am questioning whether they changed my oil or not or did any of the items they listed on the invoice or why it wasn’t explained why my tires weren’t rotated while the invoice said otherwise More

Express Service should be renamed as Forever Service because an express lube service took 2:20 minutes! Advisor said it should be about an hour but was he wrong. It was my first service on a brand new 2 because an express lube service took 2:20 minutes! Advisor said it should be about an hour but was he wrong. It was my first service on a brand new 2023 Tacoma, no oil change required! Was told I “had to get it done to maintain warranty”. Was asked if I’d like a free car wash and I jumped on it. Found out the car wash was more of a quick hose down with areas that looked like it wasn’t touched at all. Had better car wash at the Shell gas station for $6. Since I was there I raised a concern about the parking assist sometimes beeping and sometimes didn’t . It appears the advisor never noted my concerns down and nothing was considered at the end. I said the xxxx with it after 2:20 hour wait. I wasn’t going to wait a minute longer. The waiting area was also a bit warmer than what I would have wanted. More
