Great customer support I have a Corolla that I bought for my daughter in 2010 and Elk Grove Toyota has provided her great service every time she has taken her vehicle in for I have a Corolla that I bought for my daughter in 2010 and Elk Grove Toyota has provided her great service every time she has taken her vehicle in for regular maintenance. We purchased some tires a year and half ago and they have assisted her with nail problems twice. I have had 15 years of maintaining my 4 Runner so I am glad that my daughter is receiving the same excellent support. More

I now also take care of my parents maintenance of their 2009 Avalon and their 2012 Rav-4. I absolutely enjoy seeing the folks in Quick Lane as well as my contacts in the main service when applicable. I have established a relationship over the years with these folks. They call me by first name when the see me prior to even looking up my history. OIl Change I made an appointment for an oil change and was greeted promptly on arrival. The wait time was as expected and the service manager went over the work I made an appointment for an oil change and was greeted promptly on arrival. The wait time was as expected and the service manager went over the work done, including things I should keep an eye on for the future. They washed my car (which it needed) after the work was done, and I was on my way. The staff was very friendly and helpful. More
