Terrific Service I have been a loyal EG Toyota customer since they opened. I purchased a RAV4 in 2002, and just traded it in after 350,000 miles to buy another one. I had regularly serviced my 2002 RAV4 at the dealership and will continue to do so with my new RAV4. Their service dept. is fast, friendly and efficient. You couldn't ask for a better experience. Great service. The service that I received was exceptional from the time I scheduled my appointment to the time that I picked up my vehicle. When making the appointm The service that I received was exceptional from the time I scheduled my appointment to the time that I picked up my vehicle. When making the appointment via telephone, I was told what lanes to pull into when I arrive at the dealership. The email reminder was unexpected but it was what I needed to put the appointment on my calendar. I was greeted promptly upon my arrival at the dealership service department, service order written up and I was asked if I needed transportation back home. The shuttle arrived promptly at the time that I was told it would be back & I was the first person dropped off. Finally, I received a $12.00 discount as a VIP which was also unexpected. In fact, I was not aware that I had "VIP" status. Again, great service & a job well done. More

Fast & Friendly I brought my car in because the window switch quit working. It turned out that something had been disconnected during a prior service.
