Camry Service My 2009 Camry XLE has over 185,000 miles and runs great. I brought my car in for brake service and to address a noise I was hearing in my trunk area. My 2009 Camry XLE has over 185,000 miles and runs great. I brought my car in for brake service and to address a noise I was hearing in my trunk area. My brakes were serviced properly and my original struts finally had to be replaced. My car was in and out within a day and ready for me when promised. Toyota again did a great job. Dave Moore's customer service skills is to be commended again. Also when dropping off my car, Jason Bruecker was walking through the Service Dept. He sees me, greets me by my first name, and takes the time to have a great conversation with me to see why I was there and has a genuine concern for me being there. Love my 4Runners I am on my second 4 Runner. I had 350,000 miles on my first one (a 1989). I purchased it and had it maintained at Florin Road Toyota and moved with I am on my second 4 Runner. I had 350,000 miles on my first one (a 1989). I purchased it and had it maintained at Florin Road Toyota and moved with them to Elk Grove Toyota. When that truck was totaled in an accident, I did not hesitate to purchase my next one, a 2009, from Elk Grove Toyota. It was a smooth purchase - I told them what I was looking for and they found it for me. I have them do all of the maintenance and have had no problems with it! This one currently has nearly 170,000 miles on it. Okay, so I drive a lot! Elk Grove Toyota keeps me on the road! More

Thanks for taking the time on short notice I took my 2001 Camry to get a smog check for DMV renewal and it failed due to a broken hose. I immediately took it over to Elk Grove Toyota to see if I took my 2001 Camry to get a smog check for DMV renewal and it failed due to a broken hose. I immediately took it over to Elk Grove Toyota to see if it could be fixed. It was a Saturday at 2:00pm and he was busy on a phone call. One technician explained that I needed to have the hose replaced ASAP, because my DMV renewal was due in a few days. It was definitely my fault for waiting to get the smog check with such little time, but busy schedule didn't allow for it. Anyway, Mr. Daniels walked over and looked an the hose that needed to be replaced and then walked me over to the parts dept. and stayed there until the parts person found the correct hose. I know he was very busy and needed to get back to his phone calls, but he made sure I was taken care of. Then, he had a Tech replace the hose for me so I could get back to have my car retested. I just want to thank Mr. Daniels for taking the time out of his busy day. It is the least I can do to write a thank you review to him. More
