Spring recall repair I took my 2005 Tacoma in for spring recall they installed the springs and did not put my truck back like they got it. They told my after they did the work that the level kit was not going to be put back on and they trashed my old parts. I talked to the manager and he took me to the service manager and the service manager said they should not have touch my truck because I had a level kit on it. He said he would check into it that was almost a month ago. So I have gotten a attorney . We will be going to court Toyota must thank because I don't have the money they have I don't have rights. I will prove them wrong see you in court More

So I brought it to Elk Grove Toyota on 10-15-16 and was told that I needed a dash harness. I had no choice to fix it even though it was very expensive. I wrote a letter at the time to Elk Grove Toyota for an explanation as to why I had problem (defective part?), since I don't want this to happen again. When I gave it to my service advisor, he said it had been forwarded to Brian Chase who was going to have it checked out. It is now three months and I haven't received an answer. More

The majority of the other service staff are very good. I had bought a set of 4 new tires from this dealership and within 2 weeks they had a sale on tires. I asked Chase if there was anything he could do to compensate me and he said flatly...nope, nothing he could do. In other words, too bad for you, you should have waited two more weeks to buy your tires, you're just plain out of luck lady. I spoke to a couple of the other service people there and they gave me a couple of credits on other services that day. Not enough to cover the sale price on the tires, but at least they gave me something. I've serviced my cars there for over 10 years and this was the first and LAST time I will be buying tires from this dealership thanks to Mr. Chase! I've always gone somewhere else for tires but wanted to try them this time....what a mistake! More

Service Toyota Tundra 1794 7 times still cannot fix the vehicle. Forget to do work that was on the repair and no follow-up. I believe I saw their bill rate @ $140 per hour and at that rate these people should know how to fix their own vehicles. More

Since the day I've purchased my vehicle I only go to Elk Grove Toyota. This Sunday I was 22 miles away in a remote place and had to be towed in. Service was only opened on the non-tow side. A young gentleman that I wish I had gotten his name. Wrote up the vehicle and even gave us a rental. In no time we were taken care of with my 9yr old son. Rocky had helped me before on a recall so I requested him again. Well he didn't disappoint and very much appreciated his help. The rental really helped. I take a young girl home after school everyday that doesn't live in our neighborhood I help her grandma who is too old to be walking far with a hurt knee. Rocky is the man fixed my vehicle when promised and took care of the rental. I always brag about Toyota on my facebook and today was an awesome experience! Love you guys. More

Great sales dept. Service not so much Bought the car through the Costco program. The salesman was easy to deal with and felt I got a good deal. Had been told they had a number of 2013 Camr Bought the car through the Costco program. The salesman was easy to deal with and felt I got a good deal. Had been told they had a number of 2013 Camry XLE in stock. Got there and not one to be found. Turns out they were all locked up due to a recall and couldn't be sold until the fix was completed. Test drove a 2014 and offered to come back after the recall was done. Of course they didn't want me to leave and made a good deal on the 2014. I would rate the sales dept a 5. Service dept. takes and hour and a half to 2 hours just to rotate tires. Called at about 26,000 miles because the plastic shroud over the power seat controls on the drivers side had broken and popped off and the passenger side was breaking. They wanted $149 to diagnose the problem. Ridiculous. They wouldn't give me a price on installing a replacement shroud without their $149. Took it to my regular mechanic and he drilled a hole through each shroud and the metal seat frame and zip tied them. They look great and fixed the problem. He didn't charge me a diagnostic fee in fact didn't even charge me for the fix. More
