Due to poor planning on my part I didn't' have an appointment today, regardless I needed my 4Runner serviced as I was going on a trip tonight in it.. So I was expecting to wait awhile to get helped. John got me in and out in during the write up process, not only that, he was friendly and he seemed to care enough to get me in and out quickly, he was the only one that was a kind person to me this morning. Not satisfied Took my truck in for the 4th transmission fluid change. What does high miles have to do with the treads on the fluid pan. Removing this plug 4 tops 5 Took my truck in for the 4th transmission fluid change. What does high miles have to do with the treads on the fluid pan. Removing this plug 4 tops 5 times will not mess up the threading on pan. That was their excuse “high miles”. I’m sure the young tech who did this fluid change cross threaded it but it’s high miles. $532 and 3 days later I get my truck back. They have a car wash and they couldn’t even do a courtesy wash on my truck. I’ll never go back. Only for parts. More
