James was helping us out, or more exactly, he looked super annoyed and basically was looking down on my family while reluctantly answering some of our questions about the cars. I think it might be because we weren't wearing a gold chain with a gold bullion across our chests, or it might have just been because we didn't look like we're "rich". Seriously...? I don't think it's professional or customary to mockingly laugh at your customers when they ask to test drive a car. But this guy did. If I can tell him one thing, I'd say: " We're only here because my younger brother needs a work car, just for commuting. Even if you offered me a car for $1 out-the-door, I'd still not buy it, just because of your attitude." Moral of the story: don't judge a book by its cover-- I dress like crap all the time, because I don't think nice suits are appropriate when I going for runs or playing soccer, which I do all the time, hence, the sporty shorts/attire. Just because I wear shorts and a t-shirt doesn't mean I can't afford a car. Also, we ended up going to Maita Toyota and we got way better service and a new car for my brother. I highly recommend going to Maita instead (only about 25 minutes away from Elk Grove). More
Horrible service dept! I will never go back to this dealership! I have given them too many chances to win/keep my business, but they continue to fail! They scratched the side of my car when they were doing a "routine" oil change. They never rotated my tires when they said did, thus voided my tire warranty. When I tried to give a suggestion several months ago about the checkout procedure in the "speedy" oil area, they never contacted me. And when I called Brian the service manager to complain about all the problems, his answer was, "I don't know what to tell you." Really? That is unacceptable!!! I will make the drive to Auburn Toyota, where I originally purchased the car, as their service dept has always been top notch! More

Excellent I always been treated with respect and everyone is friendly and helpful. The Elk Grove Auto Mall is nice and clean. My 2009 Camry XLE has over 185,000 miles and runs great. I brought my car in for brake service and to address a noise I was hearing in my trunk area. My brakes were serviced properly and my original struts finally had to be replaced. My car was in and out within a day and ready for me when promised. Toyota again did a great job. Dave Moore's customer service skills is to be commended again. Also when dropping off my car, Jason Bruecker was walking through the Service Dept. He sees me, greets me by my first name, and takes the time to have a great conversation with me to see why I was there and has a genuine concern for me being there.
