Tire rotation Dropped my car off at approximately 7:50am for only a tire rotation. Waited for an hour to be told that I will probably get my car back at 11am. Took the shuttle home and didn’t get a call back til 12:30pm. And in the end I couldn’t get my tire rotated. Kinda frustrating. More

Excellent customer service I have always been very pleased with the customer service at Elk Grove Toyota. I've been taking my 2003 Tacoma in for service there for the last 15 ye I have always been very pleased with the customer service at Elk Grove Toyota. I've been taking my 2003 Tacoma in for service there for the last 15 years! I came in the other day for an oil change without an appointment and they were able to accommodate me. He won't come to the point with a final price and hasn't even tried to contact us when we try to call him. It's so hard to deal with Service at this point. We are coming to a dead end. I have my little kids that I drive in the Camry and no one cares at the Service Dept. Especially with the person we are dealing with. More
