Very disappointed with service of ordering driver side visor. Technician had difficulty installing original visor that later fell off. When I returned to fix the visor they took so long to install that th visor. Technician had difficulty installing original visor that later fell off. Buying my new 2023 Prius was a great experience. After a week of ownership, I returned to get the glass coating for inside and out. I just had tint done the day before this and TOLD Mike to tell them NOT to roll down the windows, it has to set for 3-5 days per the tint guys, he wrote it on invoice for service and even highlited it. My driver side door also had a BRIGHT ORANGE sticker on the window control switches that said "DON'T ROLL DOWN WINDOW!" When my car was returned to me from the back, it had the driver side window ROLLED DOWN!!!!! There was a slight raised bubble spot on the driver side window, and the window had streaks on it, from the slight dirt/dust that had accumulated in the window pocket in the door, BOY was I upset!!! is an understatement. So I'm really upset with this, I'm not sure if it's from your mechanical experts that did it or the runner who went and got my car from the back. U would have had to move the sticker to push the window switch down to roll it down, seeing it said "don't" do it. This was totally ignored, and disregarded. I paid a lot for my car and the service I was getting to coat my car and paid big money for the tint work, and all the extra accessories, just to have it possibly destroyed by a careless individual. Mike was great to work with, I don't want this rating to reflect badly on him, or on Bill Gann who helped me buy the car, it was your service mechanics and or runner who destroyed my trust in Elk Grove Toyota. Since this was my first dealings with EGT, not sure if I will continue or not with EGT. Depends on your response to this review, I guess. More
