Is saying it will cost this much to replace and when he called again his quote was even more $$$$. He won't come to the point with a final price and hasn't even tried to contact us when we try to call him. It's so hard to deal with Service at this point. We are coming to a dead end. I have my little kids that I drive in the Camry and no one cares at the Service Dept. Especially with the person we are dealing with. More

They're always busy, but never too busy to be take care of me in an efficient, friendly, and helpful manner. I'm glad I work nearby and live nearby. Due to poor planning on my part I didn't' have an appointment today, regardless I needed my 4Runner serviced as I was going on a trip tonight in it.. So I was expecting to wait awhile to get helped.
