Car Service Department My car was experiencing noise and shaky wheel while I was driving on the freeway. I quickly got off the freeway and took local roads to the nearest To My car was experiencing noise and shaky wheel while I was driving on the freeway. I quickly got off the freeway and took local roads to the nearest Toyota, which happened to be in Elk Grove. When I expressed concern to the front desk, they quickly sent me to Miguel to service my car. During the whole experience, Miguel explain possible issues, what was likely the issued, and then followed up with a phone call describing the issues and my options at that point. Everything was clear, and I was able to get my car repaired within 2 days, utilize their free shuttle to my house, and during the whole time received outstanding service from all workers there. Service was Outstanding and Fast I was given a 10:20 am appointment and I was taken care of at 10:20 am , which is unusual these day at a dealer , due to service requests . Service person who waited on me was professional and informed me what was going to be done during this visit . I was notified later that a part was needed and recommended . I was also notified that my vehicle was done and ready for pickup . I was offered a car wash , but declined due to I had my car washed the day before . My vehicle was at the dealer for service for 1 1/2 hours , and that was great . I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at this dealer . More
