Tire rotation Dropped my car off at approximately 7:50am for only a tire rotation. Waited for an hour to be told that I will probably get my car back at 11am. I've been taking my 2003 Tacoma in for service there for the last 15 ye I have always been very pleased with the customer service at Elk Grove Toyota. I've been taking my 2003 Tacoma in for service there for the last 15 years! I came in the other day for an oil change without an appointment and they were able to accommodate me.
