Alvin should be promoted, because I noticed there were long lines of cars waiting outside he immediately asked another advisor who was doing something on the computer to go out and help customers. Car Service Department My car was experiencing noise and shaky wheel while I was driving on the freeway. When I expressed concern to the front desk, they quickly sent me to Miguel to service my car. During the whole experience, Miguel explain possible issues, what was likely the issued, and then followed up with a phone call describing the issues and my options at that point. Everything was clear, and I was able to get my car repaired within 2 days, utilize their free shuttle to my house, and during the whole time received outstanding service from all workers there. Great service with Anthony R. ! Best experience I've ever had at this location! Anthony was so patient and thorough with his explanation.
